Randy Loker has over 20 years of experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry. He started off working residential construction where he gained years of experience that ranges from roofing to remodeling, from laying hardwood floors to framing pole barns. He moved on to working on the commercial side of the industry where he gained experience managing large projects and coordinating crews that specialized in multiple trades to produce work of the highest quality. Returning to the residential construction industry has been his goal for years because, in his words, “Building something big is cool, but building something nice is even better.” When he is not working, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife of 15 years and their 4 children.

15 years ago, Drew was introduced to the art of carpentry as he worked alongside his grandfather building custom kitchens. He went on to get his associates degree in Building Construction Technology and has spent the last 10 years working in construction, renovations, and maintenance as a missionary, both in the U.S. and overseas in Papua New Guinea. He and his wife, along with their two daughters, have settled in VA and are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this company. He has a unique perspective and thinks outside of the box. With his years of experience and ability to problem solve we rely on him as an integral part of our team.

Tyler is first and foremost a Husband and father of 3. He has a combined 7 years of construction experience and has worked on multiple crews that have been involved in different stages of construction, from foundation to finish work. Prior to joining our team, he spent several years working residential contstruction in Missouri. His years of experience bring a well-rounded, very practical element to the table that we find extremely valuable. He is a versatile part of our team and his attention to detail produces great results in whatever he does.
